This comic is a part of a silent comic book series highlighting the animals and the beauty of nature. Each comic will be either day or night in a different environment on our planet. The first issue is a field during the day. It is based on a field in northern North America, specifically upstate New York. 
This is where I grew up and first fell in love with nature and all of the amazing little creatures that lived there. 
I made it silent so that no language or reading comprehension could stop someone from enjoying the series. 
It is drawn in a storybook style to capture how I first viewed it as a child. The first time I wandered out into the field beside my childhood home and saw the mice running through the grass. The birds chittering and swooping to catch their breakfast while babies screamed their impatience. 
These things shaped my childhood in such a magical way that I want to share it with anyone and everyone. 
There is also a scavenger hunt list at the end of the book to see how good your eye is. On the multiple double splash pages throughout the book is where all the hidden bits are. And there will be a list for each page for you to find. 
A lovely comic series that is fun and relaxing for animal and nature lovers, or people curious about nature.
