Day Forty: Big Four Oh

I can't believe I've been doing this for forty days in a row. It feels like a personal record for sticking to something lmao but I'm not THAT bad. Well... most of the time I'm not lol. Today has been a day befitting the big four oh. I got up at 10am, which is the earliest I have in a minute now, and I had a whole morning of chill alone time. Which with my autism apparently that's what I need to have a good and productive rest of the day. Weird right? It's not Phil's fault, I just have a harder time getting my head on straight when I also am like talking with him at the same time. 

I also got back to working out after my little back injury. Then I took a shower and then had breakfast and did my makeup which felt great because it has been FOREVER since I did it. Then we went out to CVS, the library, and walmart. I got TWENTY books at the library lmao I'm such a nerd. I love reading and devouring new books, especially graphic novels and manga. But I also really love to learn so I tend to get a lot of nonfiction books about the areas that I'm really interested in. And I picked out two indie authors from the new book table to read. I started reading one of them and it's pretty good so far, but I'm barely into it. So, looking forward to more reading. 

Walmart was quick and luckily not too crowded but unfortunately my foot started acting up an it hurt to step on it. So, that kind of sucked for the entire grocery shopping but it was fine. At least it was just a small shopping trip. 

For dinner I made some AMAZING stuffed crust mushroom pizza! It was so good and my son thought that it was store bought lol NOPE! I have really been loving baking lately and I look forward to exploring some more recipes and different types of dough as I get better. Right now my favorite thing to make is pizza. I want to try bagels really badly, I mean I did try bagels but they weren't all that good so I would love to try again. 

Pizza and bagels have always been my favorite foods like the true New Yorker I am lmao. But to be able to make them myself from scratch and they come out better than 90% of the restaurants around me it is crazy. But then it sucks for the times I'm feeling lazy but also crave my own cooking lol Some day I'll make some to freeze so that I can have those lazy days but we shall see. 

Oh, even with all that other stuff going on, I still managed to get 1,491 words written today! The chapter is going so well, so, so well. I'm really happy with the craziness and the fuckery that is happening to N at this moment. We are going to see some very interesting character development from him this chapter and it's been fun to write. Even if the chapter went in a COMPLETELY different direction then where I thought we were going. Oh well, this is when writing is the most fun.
