Today was a pretty good day, though I have felt a bit annoyed about a lot of things... things that are not within my power to control or change and I just have to work around it. And that annoys me even more.
Oh well...
I did a ton of work, again, though not nearly as much as I would have if people weren't in my way... but I still got a lot of work done, took the dogs out a few times, hung out with my family, and put together my corner curio that will hold all of my collectibles. I cleaned a bit and unpacked a bit. But again, not as much as I wanted to do.
It's been so nice to hang out with my family and my nieces and nephew so much. And my son really seems to be happy about hanging out around here. He's been getting to go outside and go on walks and explore in a way that I was also able to do as a kid. It has been a really nice part of this move. And he told me that he loves this house and already feels more comfortable here than he did at our old home.
The highlight of my day was that when I watered my seeds this morning, I found 12 sprouts!!! I almost cried I was so freaking happy about it lol. Three days! It only took three days for those seeds to sprout! Most of the sprouts are from my favorite flowers in my first set, the blue buttons. The rest are the petite yellow marigolds. I can't WAIT to see what else will sprout up next!!
