The fridge and oven came this morning and they are so nice! Huge fridge and freezer and the oven is so sleek looking and lovely. They are all in black and I love them so much. I can't believe how long I've gone without a fully functioning kitchen because about a year into us living at the old house the oven stopped going above 350 degrees. Which ya know most things cook at but it really put a damper on my homemade pizzas.
I'm making my first home cooked meal in the house (kinda) which is a vegetable lasagna but it was a frozen one. I just really like them and have been craving this specific one for a week now. All because I got the wrong one at the store and it was gross. I mean, not disgusting, but it wasn't the same as the stouffer's one and that was what I was craving. It was throwing me off because it had corn in it and didn't have the yummy breading top that I like so much in the other. And the spinach tasted dirty in that one, like they used unwashed spinach for it.
I picked out my raised garden bed and other accessories and as soon as we get paid, they'll be bought. I love the one that I picked out. I was scared that the hoa here would try and say something to me if I have a garden bed right on the ground, AND I have a really hard time bending down and getting up without passing out, so I got one that is up higher and on legs, that way no one can say nothing and I don't have to bend down. My sprouts are doing mostly wonderfully, there was one casualty it seems but some of them are still pulling through so we'll see if I can get any of them to grow better after replanting. AH I'm so excited to replant my babies into their home! I can't wait to pick some flowers that I grew myself and eat tomatoes and sugar peas that I grew with my own two hands.
Speaking things I've accomplished with my hands, I finished and edited all of IBOS chapter five today! In a little bit, I was going to edit the beginning of T3HM so that I can start serializing it on to Substack. Gods do I love Substack, it is such a cool community of writers and creators and it is really fun to interact with them and share things. Everyone is super supportive and kind, in a way I didn't expect to find on a social media app in this day, ya know?
Well, now I'm gonna do the whole editing of T3HM and crochet a bit before eating dinner and then going to bed.
