Day 388: A Really Good Day

Oh today's been pretty great.

We got a giant order of groceries and that always puts me in a good mood. Having my fridge, pantry and freezer over flowing with food and drinks is just great. I read a ton in the save the cat book today. I'm on the genres section and it's going much faster than the beginning. Or maybe I'm getting faster at reading again, maybe a little of both.

I have so many tomatoes coming up on my plants but unfortunately my pumpkin plant died. I'll have to start more seeds pretty soon. Or maybe I'll just let my tomatoes take over the garden bed for now. They are doing so well and it's making me feel so happy.

Tomorrow is Henry's birthday! I better go to sleep soon so I can get up in the morning. He'll be pretty nocturnal tomorrow but that's okay. I should still get up at the normal time. I have a lot of writing to get done this week because I basically took off all of last week. I was focusing on reading the book and I was having a hard time with making the beat sheet for Cinder and Ash but today it all just came flowing out. I've done like three now and I want to do another one for one of my planned books but I can't think of a name for that book for some reason. I want it to be cat themed because that's the nickname of the main character but nothing is coming to mind. It might end up just being CAT. Simple and would be easy to remember. Maybe I'll just go with that. I have done beat sheets for Anything for you boys, Surviving the Fall, and Cinder and Ash. I should do it for Lavender Letters, well eventually I'll probably do one for every story I write. It really helps. It really feels like GPS directions to how to write my book.

Well, tomorrow I'll get to writing in the morning before Henry wakes up and then we are going to go swimming and I'm going to make a big batch of tacos for dinner. That's what Henry wants to do. I have to talk to my sister and see if she wants to hang out with Henry tomorrow or if we'll just wait until Thursday when we do the birthday outing. I can't wait. And I can't believe my son is 15!!!
