Oh wow! Today I accomplished A TON of stuff. It started slow and I wasn't sure if I would get that much done today because of it. Then I got a burst of energy and made some phone calls I had been avoiding and took care of some homeschooling things for my son. Then I talked to my sister for a while which is always nice because we are super close.
Then I made a double dough and made a mushroom pizza and a some blueberry cinnamon rolls that I still have to make the cream cheese icing for. My son and I loved the pizza and obviously we haven't had the rolls yet but soon. I ran out of energy hardcore so I'm trying to gather my strength to do it. They came out good so I'm excited to taste them. Oh, before I made that stuff I did a pretty deep clean of the kitchen and all of the over flowing dishes that people haven't been helping me with. Oh, well, I might have thrown my back out with it all but I cleaned everything.
And there is now a sink full of dishes again, can't win with that one lmao.
I also put together my bearded dragon's new cage because my fatass cat broke the top of his old cage. Thankfully I had my son's help with that. He is always so helpful especially with those kind of tasks. His new cage is awesome and the little guy looks a lot happier because we changed the out the sand we had him in to some smooth gravel. Unfortunately my old habit of not being able to visualize random numbers, I didn't get enough of them lol. But that's fine, we will two more bags and then it will be perfect.
I also finished sewing a new notebook for myself. I don't know why I made it but its cute and I really love making my own little books. Ever since I figured out I could do it, I've loved it. It's super easy and even if you mess up it still works great. Like sometimes I fuck up on the lining up of the hole or the folding the pages in have and they come out a little wonky but I don't care. They are my little scrap notebooks that I use to sketch and write little nothings in when I need to do something with my hands.
The one thing I have yet to do today is write in one of my in progress first drafts. But I have noticed that I tend to get bursts of inspiration late at night and write thousands of words when the whole day i couldn't get down a few hundred. So I'm not going to beat myself up about it and see where the night takes me. I accomplished a ton of super important things today and I can't wait to see what I get accomplished tomorrow.
