Today has been very successful! I managed to finish up all of the cleaning and touch ups that we needed to do for the house but it turned out that the lady barely even looked it all over lol.
She came in and talked with my father in law for a while and then told him that we could just take pictures of the rest of the rooms. Now we need another person to come in and take a final note of what they need to renovate. She said that would be in ten days to two weeks. She gave us a date that our money will be ready so we can start looking for our new home.
Gods, I'm still pretty scared of this whole thing but I'm trying to take it one thing at a time. One day at a time. We will have a great down payment to make on any of these houses that we try to get and we have everything we need for this to go right. By the grace of my Gods this will all go smoothly and we can be in our new house in a few months.
Now that that is over with, I can go back to my creative endeavors and resting. Oh man, do I need to rest. I really hurt myself with all that cleaning in such a short period of time. Oh well, at least my house is very clean.
I will finish my crocheted blanket hopefully in the next day or two. I need rest, like I said, but I think I can manage some writing and art stuff. I have this idea for a paper doll because I looooove paper dolls and I want to make one of me. Then I can make a bunch of outfits and hairstyles. I want to make the base bald so I can make a bunch of different hairstyles and I can even throw some that have hats or up dos and all of that. I have LOTS of ideas lol.
I've been able to write a bit more of Cinder and Ash and it of course added a new plot point, but at least I am finally past the ten year jump lol. And another plot point that will really add to the story and wrap it up with a point that I brought up in the beginning with a falling out between the step mother and the queen. Which I didn't know how to make that connected before so woohoo.
Tomorrow I'm going to take it easy, sleep in, and focus on my creative things. For now, I'm going to watch some TV and read some more of my book before I head to bed.
