Man was today BUSY. It started bright and early with the locksmith calling me at 8am to tell me that he would be running a little late. But I didn't know that he was supposed to be at my house at 8:30am lmao and so got another half an hour of sleep, and the guy got to figure out whatever thing he had to figure out with his vehicle.
He was really fast installing the deadbolt and changing the locks and now I feel a bit more secure in the home. Then I went out with my mom and sister and got some Starbucks then had to zoom back to my house for my 2 o'clock appointment which I ended up being a minute or two late for.
The appointment went pretty good and I look forward to working with this doctor more.
Almost immediately after that, I started working around the house, took the dogs out to the bathroom and then the giant pike of packages showed up. I had to bring all of that inside which was really heavy and annoying because my animals were also trying to escape the whole time. Then I had to go through each box and start separating all the stuff and putting that where they needed to go. I was also doing laundry during that time. Then I started hanging curtains, taping off areas that needed to be secured, set up our new blink camera, built my elevated garden bed and set up all of the dirt, and now I'm painting a plaque that will say our lot number on it because everyone has a hell of a time finding our place.
After I finish the plaque, I'm going to make a sticker sheet of some time blocking sets because I think that will make me wanna do it more. I like my current method except for that part and I can't find any sticker sets that are what I'm looking for so I'm making it myself.
I'm so tired so I don't know how much more I'm going to do tonight but at least I have nothing outside of the house happening tomorrow so I can sleep in a little bit.
